Our next meeting is on Friday 18th February 2022 starting at 10:30am. You are asked to arrive in time to sign in and be seated by the start time. Wearing your ARPA Active Over 50s name badge will help others to refer to you by your preferred name.
The formal part of our monthly meeting normally starts promptly at 11:00am. You are encouraged to turn up half an hour earlier early at Torrensville from 10.00am for a chat with others in the group over a cuppa, or ask questions about Personal Computers, Tablets or Smartphones and Peripheral Equipment on a “one to one”.
The ARPA Computer Group celebrated their first meeting at ARPA Head Office way back in February 2006. After transferring meetings to Pilgrim Hall, in 2011 the group meetings moved to the suburbs at Glandore. The Computer Group returned to Adelaide CBD in mid 2017, back to the Head Office where it all started. Then mid 2019 the Computer Group moved to Torrensville. The name change to ARPA Computer & Technology Group occurred in 2021.
The clubs last AGM was held at the Mile End Church of Christ Hall on Friday 15th October 2021.
